- I've done some traveling mostly through the U. S. and Canada. I spent three weeks in the Ireland and England a few years back. I've been an armchair traveler throughout my life. The Internet brings the world to me, I can read English newspapers in twenty different countries, blogs anywhere in the world. I strongly believe that the more we see each other as 'just people' the less we will let our governments launch wars and genocides. I try to be as tolerant as possible, and as open to new ideas as I can. I have greatly enjoyed reading blogs of women around the world. I'm sure there are other American women doing the same thing. I decided today that I don't care. I'm going to make one anyway.
